  <TASTE_NOTES>Crystal clear and absolutely fantastic taste. Dark amber, caramel notes, and a very scottish contribution by the yeast (warmer fermentation temps close to 68 deg helped). Will absolutely be brewing this again. Probably more hoppy that people would expect from a scottish, but hey - its good.</TASTE_NOTES>
