Sprinkle in about 0.1oz of pellets every 2 minutes from 15 minutes to 1 remaining with a heavier dose at 1 minute (maybe around 0.2oz). Ferment warmer (70-74 F) to really bring out the fruity character of the yeast.</NOTES>
