Subject: Recipes on the site
Hey man. Sure you noticed, but we’ve got the recipes section live on the site. I put it on the sidebar for folks to go thru last night.
I had to make some revisions to the recipes (which I will upload tonight), but they are there...
I could add more detail, but I think what we’ve got right now is about the right level considering many of you that brew don’t keep track of little things like... oh... gravities... and ABV, etc...
Since I am (most likely) not going ot be at the next meeting, make sure you mention it as part of the meeting. Folks that want to contribute recipes should forward them to me and I’ll put them on the site.

Scott,
From Iron Hill West Chester
Hello beer enthusiasts,
I hope your holidays went well and you’re keeping warm with something
malty and strong!
I just wanted to let you know about our next Brewer’s Reserve at our
West Chester Location on Saturday February 19th. As usual we’ll be
bringing something special from each of our locations including a
four-year-old firken and two gold-medal winning beers. (These are the
actual batches that the judges at the Great American Beer Festival tasted).
This reserve will also feature some very rare brews my friends and old
co-workers at Harpoon Brewery will be bringing down from Boston. Among them
will be a cask conditioned, oak-aged IPA. (FYI you can’t get
cask-conditioned Harpoon outside of the brewery, not even in Boston).
In addition to our usual Brewer’s reserve gathering, rare beers and
brewery tours, Dan and I will prepare a special four course beer dinner
with each dish paired with one of the reserve beers. The beer dinner will
be available throughout the restaurant for as long as the beers last.
So please join us for dinner, or just a few special beers. The reserve
beers and beer-dinner will both be available at 5 p.m. Tours will begin at
6:30. The beers will be available until they run out! A list of the
reserve beers and the beer dinner menu are at the bottom of this e-mail.
Please e-mail or call me if you have any questions.
Cheers,
Chris LaPierre
